Edda's family has been running a small fairground for generations. Although it's getting a bit outdated, it still exudes the magic of a long tradition of showmanship. This is where Edda grew up. The quirky fairground workers are like family to her, and it was on the go-kart track that she discovered her passion for racing.
ParisThe start of the race: French composure meets high speed
The French capital is traditionally the starting point for the GRAND PRIX OF EUROPE. Every year, the world's best motor racers gather under the Eiffel Tower to take part in the big event. They race through narrow streets, tranquil artists' quarters and along magnificent boulevards towards the finish line on the famous Champs-Élysées. There's no better way to start a GRAND PRIX. Vive la France!
The Alps: Germany & SwitzerlandMountains, valleys and cheese fondue
The second stage leads through Europe's highest mountains. After starting in Germany, against the fairytale backdrop of Neuschwanstein Castle, the route climbs to over 2,000 metres. Spectacular peaks, majestic glaciers and challenging obstacles, such as a snow globe with an eerie life of its own, await the drivers. After that, they will have truly earned the cheese fondue at the finish line in the Swiss canton of Valais!

After the snow in the Alps, the drivers can soak up some sun during the third race. However, the track is no less challenging: the coastal road winds its way through tight bends along the cliffs high above the Mediterranean. And there are a few nasty surprises lurking in the water. Will there be time for a little dolce vita?
LondonThe grand finale
The GRAND PRIX final is coming to England! In the shadow of Big Ben, the best drivers battle it out to see who will take home the trophy. Chased by voracious double-decker buses, they must make their way through winding streets, dark underground tunnels and across Tower Bridge, which has gone wild, to fulfil their dream of winning the GRAND PRIX. All that remains is to say: May the best driver win!
